Doug Chudleigh is an organizational effectiveness professional dedicated to his passion: optimizing human and organizational performance. Starting as a leader and trainer with the Department of National Defence now working on leadership and organizational performance development in the corporate, public and non-profit sectors, he enables people and teams to excel.
Doug has more than 25 years experience in leadership, organizational effectiveness and adult learning for governmental, post secondary education, volunteer and private sector organizations. He brings outstanding skills in leadership evidenced by his broad involvement locally, nationally and internationally, demonstrated by his awards and decorations granted at each of these levels. A respected leader, Doug is also a facilitator, organizational researcher and coach who brings’ well-rounded experience and perspective to his role as consultant.
